Quincy Jones’ career has encompassed roles of composer, producer, arranger, artist, instrumentalist… As producer and conductor of the historic “We Are The World” recording and Michael Jackson’s solo albums, Off The Wall, Bad and Thriller (the best selling album of all time), Quincy stands in a class of his own. True to his passion, before partnering with Playground he recently founded the Quincy Jones Musiq Consortium for the purpose of improving the availability of music education for children.

Our curriculum is structured according to level of expertise (Rookie, Intermediate, and Advanced) and includes four different areas: Keyboard Skills, Notation, Rhythm, and Playing by Ear. You'll receive all the skills necessary to learn new songs, start a band, or begin composing--it’s all up to you.

And If you’re having problems with a specific section of a song, use the loop function to keep going over it until you have it down. Suddenly practicing feels more like a game than a chore, which makes all the difference.
